Kenneth F. Williams

Kenneth F. Williams, 70, of Owensboro, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 9, 2014. Mr. Williams was born in McHenry, KY to Frank and Nina Mae Williams on December 13, 1943. Kenneth was of the Baptist faith and was a Deacon and Sunday school teacher at Maceo Baptist Church. He loved to watch all sports and always found time for the Kentucky Basketball game. He also enjoyed taking care of his yard and pool. Most of all Kenneth loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Nancy Brown Williams; father, Frank Williams; son Kenneth Williams (Jennifer); daughter Robin Phillips (Brian); granddaughters; Morgan Elizabeth Williams, Samantha Scott Phillips, and Abbey Ann Phillips; grandson Noah Alexander Williams; brother, Don Williams (Cynthia) and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sunrise Children Services and Maceo Baptist Church

Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
