Kelly "Pimp Juice" Board

Kelly "Pimp Juice" Board, 39, of Owensboro, went to be with the Lord on June 28, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Kelly was born on May 1, 1985, in Owensboro, to Wilbur J. Hinton and Kathryn E. Board. She graduated from Owensboro High School in 2003. Kelly, affectionately known as "Pimp Juice," was a person who knew exactly what she wanted in life and was a natural leader. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend known for her spunk, kindness, and generosity. She deeply loved her children and family. She extended this love to other children, treating them as her own.

Kelly was passionate about shopping, specifically for shoes; she loved her K-Swiss and Nike Air Max! She also had a love for music. You would often find her with her earbuds in or dancing in the kitchen. She enjoyed spontaneous trips and embarking on wild adventures. She cherished spending time on the phone, chatting with friends and family for hours, earning her titles as the CEO of the rumor mill and the captain of the trash talk team. Kelly was a unique and beautiful soul who always put others before herself. You will be truly missed, Ms. Kelly Baby. Our little piece of leather that was well put together.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur J. Hinton; grandparents, Laquita and Hershel Hinton; and favorite uncle, Todd "Chili Dog" Board.

Those left to cherish Kelly's memory include her daughter, Ja'Nyiah Kellise Wimberly "Pooh" (20); sons, Mikel LeSean Detwain Wimberly "Bubba" (19), Jamariean Alexander Calhoun "Pink" (16), and Treyden Tyrell Pate "Treydee Baby" (14); mother, Kathryn E. Board; grandmother, Kitty Board; siblings, Cierra Board, Selena Black, Lynn Webb, and Terri Moore; grandson, Deluka Hayes Howell "Punkin"; nieces and nephews, Kishawn Walker, Jirell Buckner, Janaivean Fountain, Jerard Fountain, and Ja'Karie Buckner; along with her favorite cousins, Lindsey Board and Day "Ride or Die!"

The funeral service for Kelly will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Pastor Clarence Tapp officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 4:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
