Kathleen Luther Nonweiler

Kathleen Luther Nonweiler, 78, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Evansville, Indiana at St Mary's Medical Center. She was born on October 10, 1933 in Boonville, IN to the late Gilbert and Mable Garrison Luther. She grew up in Boonville and graduated from Boonville High School in 1951. Kathy was an avid reader and game player. She owned and operated a beauty salon and later worked as the Supervisor of Transportation for Pinkerton Tobacco Co.

Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Don on October 15, 2010, her son, Kenton Nonweiler, a son-in-law, Jeffery Anguil, a niece Deborah Underwood, and a nephew, Brent Nonweiler.

She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Randy) Kamuf of Owensboro, Kandace (Richard) Riebel of Brookfield, Wisc., and Jennifer Nonweiler of Owensboro, five grandsons, Alex and Chris Anguil, Dylan, Dalton and Drake Nonweiler, two granddaughters, Kendra Krause and Mallory Mock, two step-granddaughters, Valerie and Katelyn Kamuf, five great- grandchildren, and a sister, Marlene (Richard) Zieg of Richmond, VA.

Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2012 from 4 until 7 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory in Owensboro. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Boonville, Indiana on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside services.
