Karen Sue Hudson

Karen Sue Hudson, 47, of 2413 Middleground Drive, Owensboro, died Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at her home. She was born March 13, 1957, to Doug and Mary Frederick Miller, in Daviess County. She was a member of Dawson Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher, sang in the choir, and served on various church committees. She was an office manager of the circulation department at the Messenger-Inquirer.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, William Keith Hudson of Owensboro; two daughters, Beth Ann Hudson and Jennifer Mae Hudson, both of Owensboro; her parents Doug and Mary Miller of Utica; three brothers and their wives, David (Sandy) Miller of Owensboro, Daniel (Kathy) Miller of Owensboro, Doug (Carla) Miller, Jr. of Philpot; two sisters and their husbands, Lee Carol (Keith) Main of Owensboro, Lisa (Bill) Grady of Louisville; Aunts, Margaret Frederick of Owensboro and Joan (Henry) Morgan of Utica; uncles, Chester Davis (Mildred) Miller of Ft. Myers, FL, J.C. (Karen) Miller of Circleville, OH; nineteen nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Vonell Hudson; brother-in-laws, Scott Hudson, and Stan (Lisa) Hudson, all of Philpot.

Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 1, 2004, at Dawson Baptist Church with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 until 8:00 PM Friday at Glenn Funeral Home, and after 10:00 AM Saturday at the church.
