Julian Dakota Wooldridge, one month old son of Jason and Monica Wooldridge of Owensboro, died Saturday, November 13, 2004, at Owensboro Medical Health System.
Survivors include one brother, Jason Wooldridge, II; maternal grandmother, Carole and her husband, Bill Crossley of Owensboro; maternal grandfather, William and his wife, Cathy Bickett of Owensboro; paternal grandmother, Donna Bellew of Owensboro, paternal grandfather, David and his wife Kathy Wooldridge of Utica; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Bickett of Owensboro; paternal great-grandparents, Melody and her husband Dempsey Farmer of Owensboro, Brenda Jackson of Owensboro, Paul Wooldridge of Owensboro; paternal great-great-grandmother, Mildred and her husband, Hobert Bolin of Owensboro; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Monday, at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM Monday at Glenn Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.glennfuneralhome.com
