Julia May Ridgeway Ware

Julia May Ridgway Ware, 86, of 822 Ridgway Drive, Owensboro, Kentucky died Monday, June 4, 2006, at the Professional Health Care Center in Hartford, Kentucky. Mrs. Ware was born in Daviess County, had retired from General Electric and was a member of Third Baptist Church where she had been active in the A.F.C. Sunday School Class. Her parents, Joseph Henry and Sallie Gabbert Ridgway preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son, Joseph Ellis Joe Ware of Owensboro; a nephew, Woodson Ridgway of West Liberty, Ohio; nieces, Susan Ridgway Thomas of Dayton, Ohio and Macie Ridgway Wells of Owensboro; and cousins, Imogene King and Fred Haley both of Owensboro.

Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel and officiated by Dr. James Byrd of Third Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Greenbriar Cemetery in Utica, Kentucky.
