Judy D. Wedding

Judy D. Wedding, 73, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2026 under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born in Owensboro to the late Harry and Betty Morris Jones.

Judy dedicated many years to the local hospital (now Owensboro Health Regional Hospital) where she worked in the dietary department until retirement. She loved spending time with family, camping and fishing.

In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Dale Cephas Wedding in 2025; sisters, Barbara, Martha and Alice; and a brother, George.

She is survived by her daughter, Holly Ebelhar (Matt); son, Jeff Wedding; five grandchildren, Jamon (Karissa), Kelsey (Logan), C.J. (John), Katie (Cody), and Dossin; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, April 14 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory where visitation will be held Monday from 3:00 until 7:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:30 AM. Burial will be at Nickel Ridge Cemetery.
