Judy Sparks Roberts

Judy Sparks Roberts, 59, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born on October 6, 1950 in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late Edward Allen and Mary Irene Evans Sparks. She had been a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. She loved her dogs, camping, fishing, shopping, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Thomas Roberts on February 5, 1997.

Surviving are a son, Brian Roberts of Owensboro, a daughter, Kimberly Renee Cochrum and husband Sidney of Frankfort, two grandchildren, Xavier and Xiah Cochrum, two brothers, Jim Sparks and wife Sheila of Owensboro and Steve Sparks and wife Pat of Paducah, a sister, Karen Logsdon and companion David Howard of Owensboro, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 20 in the St. Ann Chapel at Resurrection Cemetery with burial following in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
