Judy F. Christian

Judy F. Christian, 84, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday October 6, 2024 at her home. She was born May 18, 1940 in Daviess County to the late William B. and Lucille Ward Crenshaw. Judy was a member of Christ Community Church and retired from the former Owensboro Mercy Health System. She had a passion for cooking and baking, loved sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. Judy loved and had many dogs for pets, including her current dog Bear. She and her husband, had a great life together for over 67 years. Also preceding her in death was a son, Stephen Dale Christian on May 27, 2018, two sisters, Elizabeth Davis and Edith Goodman, and two brothers, James E. Crenshaw and William B. Crenshaw

 Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Joseph H. Christian; three sons, Joseph “Tony” Christian (Becky), Mark D. Christian (Patricia), and David Allen Christian, all of Owensboro; three grandchildren, Amber Demoya (Ronald), Stephanie Chase, and Chandler Christian (Courtney), all of Owensboro; five great grandchildren, Anaya, Kobie, Elijah, Evan, and Malachi; a sister, Brenda Howard (Rudy) of Henderson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 Funeral services for Judy will be 2 PM Thursday, October 10 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 AM until the time of the service Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
