Judy Pierce Arnold

Judy Pierce Arnold, 62, of Owensboro, died Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was a third generation owner with her husband Al in Nick T. Arnold Jewelers. She was interested in genealogy and liked to sew and do needlepoint. She was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church. Her husband, Al preceded her in death on September 25, 2007.

Surviving are her daughters and families; Candy and Michael Oakes of Owensboro and children; Katie, Joey, and Emma Oakes, and Drs. Cynthia Arnold and Michael Friedrichs of Beaverton, Oregon and their son Knight Friedrichs, her parents; Buddy and Ellen Pierce of Owensboro, and a sister; Carol Pierce of Miami Beach, Florida.

The Arnold family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at Glenn Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Services and burial will be private. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Shriners Hospital or to St. Jude Research Hospital.
