Jude A. Millay

Jude A. "Buck" Millay, 74, of Owensboro, died on October 15, 2014. He was born in Knottsville on February 5, 1940 to the late Hugh and Beatrice Mattingly Millay. Buck was of the Catholic Faith and a member at St. Williams Catholic Church. He enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, reading, gardening, and woodworking. Buck loved his dog Marley, family, and grandkids.

Buck was preceded in death by his wife, Jonell Millay; brother, Johnny Millay; and sister, Delephine Roby.

Survivors include daughters, Tammy Whittaker, Carla Mercer (Ben), and Donna Sublett (John); sons, Randy Millay (Shelly) and Eddie Millay; stepdaughter, Tina Peyton; granddaughters, Jessica, Megan, and Erica; grandsons, Derrick, Zachary, Chase, Sam, Caleb, and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Parker, Ashton, and Ariel; step grandchildren, Jodi and Chad; step great-grandchildren, Caitlin and Jaylee; brothers, Tommy Millay, Hubert Millay, Claudie Millay, and Mike Millay; sisters, Rosie Meserve, Betty Payne, Stella Higdon, Margurite Lanham, Agnes Harley, and Clara Brown.

Service will be at 11am Friday at St. Williams Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Williams Catholic Cemetery in Knottsville, Ky. Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Thursday and 9-10AM Friday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Prayers will be Thursday at 7:00PM.
