Joyce Bundy Wright

Joyce Bundy Wright, 79, of Owensboro, KY passed away November 14, 2015 surrounded by her loving family and in the compassionate care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born October 31, 1936 in Scottsville, Kentucky to the late Joe H. and Marue Douglas Bundy.

Joyce was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was also a beautiful and intelligent woman with a perceptive and determined spirit. Joyce was a member of Settle Memorial Methodist Church.

Joyce is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Leo; daughters, Angie Laposki (Ed) of Covington, Georgia and Susie Bell of Louisville; grandchildren, Woody Back (Amanda) of Roswell, Georgia and Cory and Casey Bell, both of Louisville; great-granddaughter, Mya Bell; a sister, Faye B. Berry of Louisville; nieces, Beverly Riley (Scott) and Mary Ellen Berry, both of Louisville; a nephew, Joe Berry of Louisville; and a host of devoted and dear friends.

The memorial service will be at 4 PM Monday, November 16 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Monday from 2 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Rev. Darren Brandon will officiate.
