Joyce V. Moran

Joyce Vance Moran, 73, of Viola Gardens, Owensboro, died Saturday, January 23, 2010 at her home. The Daviess County native was bon to the late Joseph and Anna (Pate) Vance, and was a member of Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic church. She loved her God and her family, and had a lot of friends who visited her frequently, playing cards and enjoying each other's company.
Surviving is her husband of 51 years, George K. Moran, daughters Angie Moran and Cindy (Mark) Reed both of Owensboro, her siblings, Pearl Donahue of Walled, MI., Lois English, Joe Vance and Marilyn Bolten, all of Owensboro, and Bobby Vance of Florida, two granddaughters, Haley and Ryan Reed and great-grandson, Blake Cunningham-Reed of Owensboro.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Fr. Carl McCarthy officiating. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. No visitation is planned.
