Joshua G. Rattray, 62, passed away September 30, 2017 at Owensboro Center Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born March 11, 1955 in Daviess County to the late Melvin Henderson Rattray and Matilda Thompson. Joshua was a graduate of Vanderbilt University and earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
He is survived by his brother, Melvin Thompson Rattray of Reston, VA; also his cousin and guardian, Griffith Lighton of Owensboro.
