Joshua Martin Oliver

Joshua Martin Oliver, 25, of Owensboro, died Monday, October 13, 2008, at the Owensboro Medical Health System, as a result of a bicycle accident. He was born October 22, 1982 to Phillip and Laura France Oliver in Hopkins County. An Engineering student at Western Kentucky University, he enjoyed aviation and had attained his pilot's license. He loved to cook, especially for family functions, he liked to bike, work on his bikes and be with his wife, Natalie, his son, Zane and his cousin, Gavin.

Survivors include his wife, Natalie Oliver; his son, Zane; his mother and step-father, Laura and Phil Clark of Owensboro, his father and step-mother, Phillip and Kim Oliver of Central City, maternal grandparents, George and Sally France of Moorman, paternal grandmother, Katie Oliver of Madisonville, maternal great-grandmother, Ruby Neal of Moorman; two sisters, Cassidy Clark Ray and her husband, Jacob of Owensboro, Kaitlyn Oliver of Central City, two brothers, Lucas and Dalton Oliver, both of Central City; Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Sharon Reid of Owensboro, three sisters-in-law, Marga Reid and her fianc, Jayson Lee of Austin, TX, Elaina Reid of Owensboro, Halpen and Cheston Hoover of Livermore, a niece, Xanthe Hoover of Livermore; two brothers-in-law, Nick Reid of Atlanta, GA, and Derek Reid of Owensboro, his aunt, Cynthia France of Moorman; cousins, Gavin Noffsinger of Owensboro and Shanna Davis of Moorman; and many other family members.

Visitation will be 3:00 until 7:00 PM Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home with services and burial being private in New Hope Cemetery in Moorman.
