Joseph Warren Ralph

Joseph Warren Ralph, 54, of Owensboro, went home to the Lord on Monday, May 4, 2015 after a 7 week bout with an aggressive type of cancer. Joe was a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Engineering. He was hired at Commonwealth Aluminum as a foreman and later advanced to Casting Superintendent at North Casting. Upon leaving Commonwealth, he was hired by the Pyrotek Corp. in the Aluminum industry where he did much traveling for the company.

Joe loved his work and was very dedicated in what he did. He loved fishing and drag racing. He'll leave behind a lot of great memories of his fast cars. He has been blessed to have a great bunch of friends and neighbors.

He is survived by his Mom and Dad, Joseph Elmer and Iris L. Simmons Ralph of Owensboro, a daughter, Amanda Jo and husband Kenneth Joe Spoon of Kempner, TX, and granddaughter, Kimber Spoon, a son, Shawn David (Ralph) Perkins and wife Stacey of Scottsville, KY and granddaughter, Sophia. Also a very caring lady friend, Jenny Ploetz of Evansville, IN, and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins in Kentucky and North Carolina.

Services will be 5:00 P.M. Saturday, May 9, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will begin at 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
