Joseph Andrew "Andy" Kulka III, 69, of Owensboro, formerly of Evansville, IN, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at his home. He was born March 10, 1946 in Washington, D.C. to the late Joseph Andrew and Mary Margaret Berry Kulka, Jr. Andy had worked for the former Epi-Hab Co. in Evansville and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Evansville. He had been very active in the church and was a member of the Men's Club. He enjoyed volunteering at bingo, at Southwest Indiana Regional Council on Aging, and playing cards and pool. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Michael Kulka on May 15, 2004 and a sister, Susan Hager.

Surviving are a sister, Karla Cox of Owensboro, three brothers, Richard Kulka of Owensboro, John (Betsy) Kulka of Knoxville, TN, and Ned (Sharon A.) Kulka of Stevensville, Michigan, nieces and nephews; Joe, Steve, and Brian Cox, Ben Kulka, and Kristen Thompson, all of Owensboro, Elizabeth Finley of Washington, D.C., and Mary Helen Kulka of Stevensville, several great nieces and nephews, a sister-in-law, Sharon K. Kulka of Owensboro, and a brother-in-law, Eric Hager of Washington, D.C.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Michele Cox for all her loving care that she gave Andy.

Services will be Noon Thursday, April 23, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:30 A.M. Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
