Joseph E. Eppard

Joseph E. Eppard, 88, of 855 Live Oak Place, Owensboro, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2005, at his home. He was born in Anderson, Mo.and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Madisonville, Ky. He was retired from the American Cyanmide Co. in Madisonville and while with them, he received the prestigous Golden Oval Award for outstanding service. He also started and owned the Ky. Anfo Co., Inc. in Madisonville. He also was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Eppard in 1994.

Surviving is his daughter and her husband, Carol A. & Bert Turnier of Louisville, Ky., and four grandchildren, Angela and her husband Monty Crawford of Madisonville, Ron and his wife Mollie Turnier and Steven Turnier, all of Louisville, and Bill Turnier of Providence, Ky., and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 A.M. Tuesday at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Oddfellows Cemetery in Madisonville. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M.Monday and after 9:30 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
