Jonathan David Michael Worthen was stillborn Friday, July 21, 2006 at Owensboro Medical Health System.
He is the son of Stephanie Gail Hamlet, and David Alan Worthen of 344 Hill Avenue, Owensboro, who survive him. Additional survivors include a brother, Dylen Cole Kirk, sister, Heven Lee Worthen, his grandmothers,Sherry Sosh, and Shirley Gibson Worthen, and great-grandparents, Bonnie and Bill Frizzell.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2006 with funeral services following at 5 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home.
