Johnny Wayne Frasure

Johnny Wayne Frasure, 61, of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Marion, IL. He was born on October 2, 1952 in Daviess Co., KY. Johnny was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed working crossword puzzles, anything that was Science Fiction, fishing and hunting, vegetable gardening, and all types of dogs. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph H. Frasure, two brothers, Frankie Joe Frasure and David Glenn Frasure, Sr., a sister, Alisa Vollman, and a nephew, Joseph Vollman.

Surviving are his mother, Vanetta Hicks of Owensboro, two daughters, Jenny Frasure of Owensboro and Dena (Joey) Craig of Milton, FL, a son, Frankie Frasure of Pensacola, FL, two grandchildren, Chasty Frasure and Cora Craig, two aunts, Betty Sue Brigance and Lettie Epley, both of Owensboro, a nephew, David (Katrina) Frasure, Jr. of Owensboro, a niece, Carrie Hulburt of Nashville, TN, and a sister-in-law, Lori Frasure McIntyre of Owensboro.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 13, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon Friday at the funeral home.
