John Harvey Wethington

John Harvey Wethington, 53, of Utica Kentucky died Tuesday, April 07, 2009 at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was a professional painter and a member of Set Free Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Gerald Wethington and Mary Dorothy Bartlett Wethington and also by his sister, Emma Jane Kunce.

Survivors include his fianc, Tina Louise; a daughter, Candice Wethington of Owensboro; step-daughter, Erica Mitchell (Chris) of Utica; step-son, Barrett Kenney II of Maryland; sisters, Sharon Bartley (Dale) of McLean County and Gerry Wethington of Ohio County; grandchildren, Elizabeth Kenney, Camren Maxwell, Amory Perman, and Landen Mitchell (The Boss); 14 nieces and nephews and 43 great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Friday at 5 p.m. at his residence, contact a family member or friend for directions. There will be a charity ride Saturday at 10 a.m. starting at Silver Beech Marathon Station in Ohio County. Bikes and cars anything with wheels $10 per person.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Candice Wethington for the John Harvey Wethington Memorial Fund.
