John Bradley Forgy
September 9, 1936 — January 10, 2006
John Bradley Forgy, 69, of Owensboro passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born September 9, 1936 in Butler County, Mr. Forgy was the son of the late Wilson and Beulah Wooldridge Forgy; was an electrician with Zenith Electronics in Evansville; and was an Army veteran. Mr. Forgy enjoyed camping, fishing, and could fix anything.
He is survived by five children including Filesha Forgy of Evansville, Gail Carter of Bowling Green, and Timothy Forgy of Russellville, KY; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild; brothers, Morton Forgy of Lewisburg, KY and Douglas Forgy of Cadiz, KY; and sisters, Brenda Wilkes of Haines City, Fl and Deborah Grise of Lewisburg, KY.
Services are 4 P.M. Thursday, January 12, 2006 at Glenn Funeral Home where VFW Post 696 will provide military honors. Visitation will be from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M. at the funeral home.
