Joetta Gregory

Joetta Gregory, 61, of Owensboro, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Riverside Care in Calhoun. She was born in Chicago to Joe Ed and Norma Lee Hamilton Gregory.

Joetta was a dedicated homemaker who kept an immaculate house and loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She was a great cook, and her family could pretty much count on something good she had baked being available all the time. Joetta also enjoyed a variety of crafts and gardening. She was an upbeat person and will be missed by many. 

Joetta was preceded in death by her father, Jo Ed Gregory and a brother, Jimmy Linkous. 

She is survived by her mother, Norma Gregory; children, Kristin Gray (Jarrod), Chloe Snead and Andrew Snead (Ragan); ten grandchildren; sisters, Sheila Gregory, Jacqueline Gregory, Cynthia Gregory and Louanna Hamilton; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in Christ Chapel at Owensboro Memorial Gardens at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 24.
