Jeffrey Lynn Crossley

Jeffrey Lynn Crossley, 55, of Owensboro, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born in Columbus, Indiana to Claude A. and Alice Hack Crossley.

Prior to his disability, Jeff was a skilled painter who worked in new construction and commercial settings. He enjoyed bingo, fishing and most of all, spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Claude A. Crossley; a sister, Terri Newman; and a brother, Rodney Crossley.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 11 years, Diane Wilson Crossley; his mother, Alice Crossley of Owensboro; daughters, Talina A. Keelin of Owensboro, Jayd L. Crossley of Owensboro, Tabitha A. Crossley of Hopkinsville; step-daughters, Alysia G. Wilson and Tiffany K. Wood; step-son, Lawrence P. Wood, Jr., all of Owensboro; 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins; step-mother, Brenda Sue Crossley; step-brother, Kristopher Crossley; a half-sister, Claudia Fountain; and special friends, Johnny Keelin and Kim Allen.

The service will be 2 PM Wednesday, September 27 at Christ Chapel in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
