Jeannie Sparks Goff

Jeannie Sparks Goff, 68, of Owensboro passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, October 4 2017. Jeannie was born September 28, 1949 in Daviess County to the late Robert Sparks and Mary Zada Dickerson. She was a member of Liberty Lighthouse Church of God, enjoyed spending time going to the beach, particularly Myrtle Beach, and going fishing. Her other passions were to spend time sewing, crocheting, and making quilts, which she enjoyed giving away to her friends and family.

Jeannie was also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Boyd Sparks and Terry Sparks; and a great granddaughter, Ariana Teal.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 46 years, Larry Goff; sons, Len Feldpausch and his wife Kittie of Lewisport, and Kevin Feldpausch of West Melbourne, FL; daughter, Lori Bradshaw and her husband Greg of Evansville; sister, Sheila Smith and her husband Bobby of Maceo; step sister, Sharon McElwain and her husband Darryl of Owensboro; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The service will be noon Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Mary Doepel officiating, and burial will follow at Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 4 till 8PM and Saturday from 10AM till time of service at the funeral home.
