Jeanne Riney, 55, of Atlanta, GA, passed away Monday, December 7, 2009 at her home. Born in Owensboro on June 19, 1954, she was of the Catholic faith and was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Gerald Riney, in 2005.
Surviving are her mother, Bettye Reisz Riney of Owensboro; sisters, Rosemary Thompson (Bill) of Owensboro, Jo Ann Spath (Don) and Susan Clifford (Wally) of Louisville, Carol Schuenemeyer (David) of Woodstock, GA; brothers, Dan Riney (Kim) of Owensboro and John Riney (Janie) of Houston, TX; and several nieces and nephews.
Services are 12 noon Friday, December 11, 2009, in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Father Jerry Riney officiating followed by entombment in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until funeral time on Friday.
