Jeanne Owen Masden, 81, of Hartford, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, TN. She was born July 23, 1928 to the late Roy and Helen Owen in Daviess County. She was a homemaker, a portrait artist, enjoyed the Lunch Bunch and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Cohen Masden, and a brother, Roy Owen.
Survivors include her children; Frank Masden of Covington, KY, Lelia (Alan) Gillespie of Lexington, Collins Masden of Owensboro, and Tyler Masden of Mt. Juliet, TN; two grandchildren, Nicholas Masden and Taylor Masden Playforth.
Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday and after 12:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Owensboro Art Guild, P.O. Box 743, Owensboro, KY 42302.
