Jean Lashbrook Isbill, 83 formerly of Reid Road, Owensboro, died Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Spring Mills Meadows Nursing Facility in Indianapolis, IN. Jean was born in Masonville to the late Leadrew and Thelma (Westerfield) Lashbrook. She was a member of South Hampton Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, and also was a member of Sugar Grove Baptist Church.
Her husband, Bernard Isbill preceded her in death March 17, 2010 as well as a daughter, Linda Egan, a sister, Nadine Wiggington and a brother, Don Lashbrook.
Surviving is a son, Tony (Delee) Isbill of Owensboro, a daughter, Pam (Jerry) Engle of Indianapolis, grandchildren, Michelle Willman, Eric Egan, Genie Stamper and Shannon Bissett and 7 great-grandchildren.
There will be joint funeral services for Jean and her husband Bernard Isbill, 2:00 p.m.Wednesday,September 8, 2010 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and after 1 p.m. Wednesday.
