Jasper Hanks, 65, died Saturday, January 19, 2008 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Breckinridge CO, KY, he was a drill press operator with Diester, Inc; and a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church in Owensboro.
He was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Hanks, a daughter, Tammie Mowery, and a son, Brian Hanks.
He is survived by a son, Christopher Hanks of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Jennifer Spitler of Fort Wayne; and four grandchildren.
Services are 2 P.M. Friday, January 25, 2008 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation mwill be from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family.
