Jason Patrick Terry

Jason Patrick Terry, our precious angel, went to heaven after just a few hours here on earth. He passed away in his mother's arms at Owensboro Medical Health System. Throughout the pregnancy he was known to have a condition called Potter's Syndrome.

Jason was preceded in death by both of his grandfathers, Patrick Neal in 2008 and Jason Terry in 2010.

He is survived by his mother, Morgan "Niki" Neal; father, Jason "Blake" Terry, both of Owensboro; grandmothers, Judy Neal and Regina Terry, both of Owensboro; maternal great grandparents, Mary Drake of Maceo and Helen Neal of Owensboro; paternal great grandparents, Marsha and Clint Terry of Owensboro and David and Lena Blan of Hancock County; aunts, Mary Helen Neal and Kendell Terry, both of Owensboro and several great aunts and uncles.

The funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be at Kelly Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday after 1:30.
