Jason Michael Roberts

Jason Bubba Roberts, 22, of 6715 Foster Road, Philpot, died Sunday, June 15, 2003, on Hwy 1389, as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born February 7, 1981, of Mike and Sherion Manley Roberts, in Daviess County. He attended South Hampton Baptist Church, was a plumber for Ernie Davis and Sons, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycle riding, and was a NASCAR fan, a member of Daviess County Fish and Game, a former member of Daviess County FFA, and a former member of the Daviess County High School football team, he was a 1999 graduate of Daviess County High School.

Survivors include his parents, Mike and Sherion Roberts, of Philpot,one brother, Dustin Roberts, of Philpot, Maternal Grandparents, Dempsey and Aliene Manley, of Philpot, Paternal Grandparents, Carl and Louise Roberts, of Owensboro, his grilfriend, Elaine Bowser,and her daughter, Hayley Embry, both of Bowling Green, Uncles and Aunts, Mike and Kim Manley, of Owensboro, Todd and Sarah Manley, of Philpot, Darrell and Amy Merritt of Owensboro, and two cousins, Cody and Travis Manley both of Owensboro.

Funeral services will be 2:30 PM, Wednesday, at Glenn Funeral Home, with burial in South Hampton Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 till 8:00 PM Tuesday and after 10:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home.
