Jason W. Kellems

Jason W. Kellems age 33 passed away on October 23, 2015 in Owensboro, he was born on November 29, 1981 to the late Keith W. Kellems and Samantha (Bell) Powers.

Jason loved his kids, riding motorcycles, and he made an Impact on everybody he met. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

Jason was preceded in death by his father, grandmothers: Lucy Winstead, Ethleen Kellem, Vecie Kellem, his grandfather: David Bell.

Jason is survived by his mother: Samantha (Barry) Powers, two daughters: Katie Kellems, Jaycee Kellems, one son: Christopher Kellems, his companion: Stephanie Kellems, step-dad: Steve Bruington, grandfather: Jack Kellem, step-children: Seth Edwards, River Wathen, Rayne Wathen, Forrest Wathen, Abigail Wathen, sisters: April (Nick) Wall, Tiffany (Nathan) Wedding, Misty Moffett, Mandy DeLacey, brothers: John Michael Kellems, Kenneth Kellems, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday October 28, 2015 at 2pm at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with visitation Tuesday October 27, 2015 from 4pm - 8pm at the funeral home.
