Jason Lee Daniel passed away September 21, 2015 while in the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born November 12, 1972 to Eddie and Nancy Daniel. Jason attended Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and spent 21 years at PAT Hines Group as a tool designer.
He is survived by his parents Eddie and Nancy Daniel of Utica; brother, David and Jennifer Daniel of Alvaton, KY; nieces, Alexis and Hailey, and nephews, Kaleb and Tyler.
Visitation will be 2-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory and 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday. Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bells Run Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Heartford House in honor of Jason.
