Jarrod Allen Wilson

Jarrod Allen Wilson, 35, of Whitesville, went home to be with the Lord Thursday July 7th surrounded by his family and friends. Jarrod was born July 16th 1975 in Owensboro to Carol and Rita Wilson. On April the 18th 1998 Jarrod married the love of his life Diane Crowe and started a life together in Thruston. In 2005 they moved to Whitesville Ky. Jarrod's passion in life was his family and friends and the love of his church. Jarrod was a man with many hobbies. His love of music and playing the bass guitar at home and in church was closely rivaled by his love of movies while snuggling with Diane. While at home his hands were seldom idle as this handyman's honey do list was never ending because seeing his family and wife happy brought him joy. Jarrod also enjoyed boating and camping with his family.

Surviving is his loving wife of 13 years Diane Wilson, son Dalton Wilson, daughters Brittany Devine at home and Jessica Miller (Kevin) of Owensboro. His parents Carol and Rita Wilson also of Owensboro, sister Tina Simms (Scott) of Veedersburg IN, and Grandmother Helen Dennison of Owensboro. Jarrod had many other loving family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 11 am at Grace Chapel Church of God, Philpot, Monday July 11th with Brother Robert Young officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday July 10th, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory and on Monday from 9 to 11 a.m. at Grace Chapel. Burial will follow at Cates Cemetery in Whitesville, KY.
