Janice Crawford Rowe

Janice Crawford Rowe, 68, of 9889 Kentucky 1389 died Saturday, November 10, 2001 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. She was born April 22, 1933 in McLean County, Kentucky the daughter of Jack and Margaret Crawford.

Mrs. Rowe retired after 30 years from Kentron as an inspector. She was a member of Towers Chapel United Methodist Church in Sacramento. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, flower gardening, playing cards and family get-togethers.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Walter Jim Rowe; two sons, James O. Campbell of Rumsey and Terry L. Campbell of Calhoun; a daughter, Connie Alane Bennett of Beech Grove; three stepsons, James G. Rowe and Mark Anthony Rowe, both of Owensboro, and Steve Alan Rowe of St. Petersburg, FL; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth Joe Hagan of Mount Washington; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Sarah Jordan of Royal Oak, Mich.; and three nephews and a niece.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2001 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Scott Ford. Entombment will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends at Glenn Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2001 and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday.
