James Randal Young

James Randal Young, 57, of Owensboro, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2007, in VA Medical Center in Marion, IL. He was a member of Brushy Fork Baptist Church, had been a laborer for Owensboro Brick and Tile, loved reading, science fiction movies and all of his nieces and nephews. Mr. Young was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Randal and Pauline Morris Young, and his brothers, David Thomas Young and Harvey Alan Young.

Survivors include his brothers, Robert D. Young and Virgil Ray Young both of Owensboro, and William E. Young of Union City, TN; his sisters, Nancy Coppage and Martha Faber both of Owensboro, and Virgie Free of Penrod, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Glenn Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday and after 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Brushy Fork Cemetery.
