James T. Miller

James T. Miller, 78, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born May 20, 1939 in Petersburg, Indiana to the late Herbert and Helen Short Miller. James was a retired Ironworker with the Ironworker's Union Local #103 in Evansville and a U. S. Army veteran. He was a member of St. John United Methodist Church where he served on the Board of Trustees, and the church Men's Club in which he enjoyed the monthly Men's breakfast meeting.

Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Jane Miller, daughter, Rita Parham and husband James of Owensboro, son, James Patrick Miller of Owensboro, five grandchildren, Jarrett Parham, Lacey Brooke Parham, Ally Parham, Jessica Miller, and Jaci Miller, and three sisters and six brothers.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 29, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens with full military honors. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
