James Lowell Meadows

James Lowell Meadows, 51, of Owensboro, died Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Pennsylvania native was a manager at HON Industries in Owensboro. He was a graduate of Milton Area Senior High School in 1969 and Penn State University in 1973 and enjoyed NASCAR Racing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Esther Krachenfels Meadows.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Toni Eve Burkhart Meadows; a son, Cory James Meadows, who is a student at Penn State; a daughter, Amy Lynn Meadows at home; and two brothers, Robert Claude Meadows of Bridgeport, CT and Jack Albert Meadows of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Friends may call at the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home in Hughesville, PA from 7-9 P.M. on Friday, April 18, 2003. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 19, 2003 in Hughesville, PA. Glenn Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements
