James Mike Huffines

James Mike Huffines, 52, of 1908 McCulloch Ave., Owensboro, died Tuesday, November 21, 2006, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born December 23, 1953 to the late Johnny and Margaret Brown Huffines in Breckenridge County. He was of the Baptist faith and had worked in construction. He enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle and barbecuing with friends.

Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Bonnie Huffines; his son, Jason Huffines and his daughter, June Huffines, both of Owensboro; three grandchildren; six brothers, Richard, Russell and Anthony Huffines, all of Henderson, Norman of Clarksville, TN, Rondall of Cannelton, IN and Larry Huffines of Greenwell, IN; two sisters, Agnes Burdette of Cloverport and Lois Huffines of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews

Services will be 1:30 PM Tuesday at Chapel of Peace in Rosehill Cemetery. Burial will be following the services. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 1:15 PM Tuesday at Glenn Funeral Home.
