James Roger Heady

James Roger Heady, 57, of Maceo, passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at his home. He was born on August 22, 1952 in Daviess Co., Ky. He was a self-employed farmer and a member of Maceo United Methodist Church. He enjoyed drinking coffee with friends at Hillbillies and Hawesway Truck Stop, watching U. K. basketball, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Heady on April 7, 2001 and a sister, Patricia Huckleberry on October 28, 2001.

Surviving are his mother, Mary K. Heady of Owensboro, two brothers, Rev. David Heady and wife Judy of Haiti, Paul Heady and wife Lisa of Owensboro, a sister, Linda Heady of Owensboro, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 15, at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
