James F. Jim Haley, 86, of 2535 Iroquois Drive, Owensboro, died Saturday, May 24, 2003 at his home.
Mr. Haley retired from Nabisco Brands as a salesman and was a member of Settle Memorial United Methodist Church. He was an outdoorsman and naturalist whose interests included hunting, fishing, camping, and golf.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Virginia Whitescarver Haley, his children, Mary Lynn Lenhardt of Toppenish, WA, Joe F. Haley of Fulton, Barbara Haley of Owensboro, Janice Watson of Evansville, Wayne Haley of Elizabethtown, and Don Haley of Whitesville, a brother, Howard Haley of Indianapolis, seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.
