James M. Bubby Ensor, Sr., 65, of 2631 West 5th Street, Owensboro, died Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born November 3, 1940 to Morris and Lottie Payne Ensor in Daviess County. He was a member of Boilermakers Local #40 and enjoyed being with his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Morris Ensor in September 13, 1981.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Dorothy Quinn Ensor; sons, Robbie Wayne Quinn of Fredonia, KY, James Marvin Bo Ensor, Jr. of Owensboro, daughter, Penny Kay Ensor of Owensboro; his mother, Lottie Ensor of Owensboro; four grandsons, two granddaughters and one great-grandson, all of Owensboro; a special niece, Teresa Dickerson of Bowling Green; two sisters, Shelvia Peay and her husband, Howard of Bowling Green, Mary Ann Hazelwood and her husband, Louis of Greenville, SC; several brothers in-laws and sisters-in-laws; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 7:00 PM Wednesday at Glenn Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00 until 7:00 PM on Wednesday. Boilermakers Rites will be held at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
