James R. Daugherty

James R. Jim Daugherty, 61, of 1542 N. Broad St., Beaver Dam, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2005, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born in Phelps, Ky. and was of the Church of God faith. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Jesse Daugherty in Nov of 1980.

Surviving is his wife, Marsha Daugherty, three daughters, Kim Gardner of Madison, Tn., Tiffany Bunch of Vine Grove, Ky., and Jamie Munich of Louisville, his mother, Maggie Daugherty of Mayfield, Ky., a brother, Jesse Daugherty, Jr. of Horse Branch, Ky., two sisters, Joyce Etheridge and Jan Stahr, both of Mayfield, and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 A.M. Monday, June 6, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Cap Anderson Cemetery in Brandenburg, Ky. Visitation will be from 1:00-6:00 P.M. Sunday and after 9:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home.
