Jaleigh Elizabeth Phelps, infant daughter of Jeremy and Melissa Phelps, was stillborn Tuesday, October 30, 2007, at Owensboro Medical Health System.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Avery Ruth Phelps on July 6, 2006.
Surviving are her parents; a sister, Hadley Nicole Phelps; her maternal grandparents, Gary and Krista Powers of Hawesville, her paternal grandparents, Philip and Brenda Phelps of Owensboro; her maternal great-grandmother, Ruby Mayfield of Hawesville, her paternal great-grandmother, Betty Drury of Owensboro and her paternal great-grandfather, James Phelps of Beaver Dam; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday at Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Friday at Glenn Funeral Home.
