Jacqueline Ann Cox

Jacqueline Ann Cox, 49, of 2775 Wayside Drive East, Owensboro, died Monday, August 19, 2002 at Leisure Years Nursing Home. She was born in Daviess County, Kentucky on June 29, 1953 the daughter of Junior Lee Short and Barbara Cox. Her father, J. L. Short, preceded her in death in 2002.

Mrs. Cox had worked at Whitehall Furniture for 24 years as a mill worker and at H & R Block during tax season. She was a member of Good Shepherd Church. She loved to read, work with flowers and have fun.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Joe Cox of Owensboro; and her mother, Barbara Cox of Owensboro.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 22, 2002 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend John Morris. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2002 and after 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
