Jacqueline Denise Burk, 54, of Owensboro, passed away July 16, 2018 at her home. She was born August 5, 1963 in Albany, Georgia to Diane Laster Cone.
Jacqueline was also preceded in death by a brother, Bubba Cone; and her Nanny, Dorothy Williams.
She is survived by her husband, John Burk; her mother, Diane Laster; daughters, Cynthia and Amanda Brown; a son, George St. Clair (Kelly Falloway); step daughters, Patricia Merritt, Jeri Burk and Kristin Burk; step son, David Burk; sister, Debbie Rogers; brother, Ian Hindle; 15 grandchildren; and a special friend, Tina Burk.
Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with her arrangements.
