Jacob Dillion Mauzy, infant son of J.D. and Brandy Fulkerson Mauzy, died Sunday, April 27, 2003 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System.
Survivors include a sister, Brendy Mauzy; maternal grandparents, Mike and Sandra Maglinger of Island; paternal grandparents, Paul and Regina Mauzy of Calhoun; paternal great-grandparents, James and Shirley Salley of Rumsey; paternal great-great-grandmother, Frances McCarty of Hartford; and paternal great-grandmother, Helen Murch of Beaver Dam.
Services are 2:30 P.M. Friday, May 2, 2003 at the Peace Chapel in Rosehill Cemetery.
