Jack Butler

Jack "Mack" Butler, 50, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2013 at his home. He was born on January 13, 1963 in Orlando, FL. He had been a plumber with Ernie Davis & Sons. He was preceded in death by his father, James Butler and two sisters, Joy Montgomery and Janie Howell.
Surviving are his wife, Tammy Butler, mother, Shirley Butler, four sons, James Butler, John Byrd, Danny Mitchell, and David Mitchell, two daughters, Jamie Pranic and Jaclyn Morris, eight grandchildren, and four brothers, Murphy, Jerry, Jeffrey, and Jay Butler.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 17, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M.
Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
