Ivy Ann Hatfield, 74, of Owensboro, joined her heavenly Father on Sunday, April 17, 2016. She was born in Owensboro to the late Chester and Wilma Poole.
Mrs. Hatfield was a member of Wing Avenue Baptist Church who loved spending time with family, especially at frequent Sunday dinners. She was an avid U.K. Fan and enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing and crocheting.
Ivy was preceded in death by husbands, Rex Hatfield and James Case; a sister, Rachelle Poole; and a brother, Michael Poole.
She is survived by children, Larry Hatfield (Debbie), Terry Hatfield (Eva), Phillip Hatfield and Michael Hatfield (Tammy), Dale Case (Allison) and Stephanie Hatfield; step-children, Megan Hatfield, Ashley Hatfield (Susie) and Keri Williamson (Brian); thirteen grandchildren (and another expected in September), fifteen great-grandchildren; a sister, Debra Poole; brothers, David , Chester and Bobby Poole; a niece, Angelia Dean; a nephew, Zachary Dean; and her beloved dog, Ranger.
The service will be at 10 AM Wednesday, April 20 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. The visitation will be Tuesday from 4 until 8 PM and Wednesday after 9 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery.
