Irene Stimpfel, 78, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at her home. She was born on November 16, 1934 in Akron, Ohio. She was a member of Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church and was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband of 52 years, James Stimpfel, a son, Raymond Mayfield, and two daughters, Dianna Powell and Donna Butler.
Services will be private. Entombment will be in Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum.
Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
